Details

  • Monday-Thursday $100 per hour

    Friday-Saturday $150 per hour

    Sunday $125 per hour

  • Our maximum capacity is 50 for a seated event and 75 for a cocktail event.

  • All rentals (excluding meetings) are a minimum of 4 hours. Included is an additional free hour for set up and an additional free hour for breakdown.

    Ex: If you rent our venue for 4 hours, your total rental time will be 6 hours.

    Note: Additional hours can be purchased at the regular hourly rate.

Deposit

A deposit of 50% of the venue rental fee and a signed contract will secure your date. Deposits are non-refundable. Final Payment is due 14 days prior to your event date. 

Additional Fee’s

A $100 Damage/Cleanup/Conduct Deposit will be included in your final balance and will be returned if all contract requirements are met. We use an online booking platform through which you can sign your contract, make payments and communicate.

Set Up & Equipment

Included:

  • Tables and chairs for your guests, food and sweets table are included.

  • We have 4ft and 6ft rectangle, 48" round and cocktail tables.

  • Set up of tables and chairs.

  • Monitors, bluetooth speakers and a microphone available for your use.  

Notes:

  • A Dj, bartender and caterer of your choice are welcome. 

  • Alcohol may be served, but CANNOT be sold.

  • There is outdoor seating at the front and back of the venue for your use, weather permitting.
